The logs from the jazz agent are gathered by generating a debug bundle. This can then be sent to our support team to analyze. Below are the steps to gather the bundle for their respective operating systems.
NOTE: For more verbose logging, you can add a
-v to the end of the command (for any OS).
For a comprehensive set of logs, please use the agent "debug bundle" functionality which will generate a zipped log file bundle.
Open an administrator cmd.exe prompt:
"C:\Program Files\Jazz Networks\Agent\agent.exe" debug bundle
Depending on agent version, it may take a few minutes for the bundle collection to complete.
The bundle will be placed in your current working directory.
